We have a pre-pack area in the front of the shop with our butchery at the back which means that we can cater for small and bulk quantities on site.
We supply a full-range of meat products. We dry-age our steaks and vacuum pack them along with other prime cuts to mature further. We also have speciality products such Kameelhout boerewors, Armadillo (pork fillet wrapped in bacon) and Argentina Spare Ribs. Some special products include French rack of lamb, deboned cuts and various pinwheels i.e. Fillet in Black Pepper.
Our boerewors and lamb sausages are made using natural casings. We do not inject our meat with tenderiser but age it naturally to make it tender and bring out the best flavour. This guarantees a product with less shrinkage.
